Maintenance

We want you to feel right at home from day one! That’s why every apartment is professionally cleaned and carefully inspected by our maintenance team before you move in.

Yes! Our full-time, friendly, on-site maintenance team is always here to help with any repairs or maintenance needs.

You can easily submit a maintenance request through our resident app, send us an email, or reach out by phone or stopping by the office. Our team aims to take care of all requests within 24 hours!

Maintenance requests are prioritized based on urgency. A team member will reach out to schedule a time for the repair.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform the work.

Please contact our after hours emergency line and a member of our team will assist you in gaining access to your unit.

Absolutely! You're welcome to personalize your space and make it feel like home. Normal wear and tear is expected and won't result in charges. We simply ask that when you move out, you return the apartment to the same condition it was in when you moved in. This means removing any decorations, fixtures, or alterations you've made and restoring any changes back to the original condition.

Amenities

The Henry offers a variety of amenities designed to make life more fun and convenient! Enjoy spaces like the rooftop deck, resident pub, dog park, and clubhouse, plus perks like a fitness center, concierge services, and on-site maintenance. There’s even a dog wash, shuffleboard, and BBQ area to keep things lively!

Yes! We have plenty of garage parking available as well as street parking.

A Washer & Dryer is included in each unit.

We love your furry friends as much as you do! At our community, pets are always welcome—with no monthly pet rent and their very own pet park to play in.

At move-in, we charge a $350 Deposit for your first pet, and $200 for a second pet. We do not charge monthly pet rent!

There are no weight or breed restirctions for your furry companions!

Yes! We have a rooftop dog park ready for those midnight zoomies or potty breaks! Our fully equipped pet spa is ready to help you clean up after a muddy walk.

Each of our homes includes a Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Range.

We’ve got your packages covered! Our convenient package locker is available 24/7, so you can pick up your deliveries anytime that works for you. Expecting something extra special or a larger item? Just reach out to our leasing office—we’re always happy to help make sure it arrives safe and sound.

Our gym is available 24-hours

Our gym is fully-equipped! Whether you're into cardio or strength training, we've got you covered with a variety of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Plus, our weight room features free weights, machines, and benches.

To ensure a peaceful environment, we have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We love seeing our residents use our community spaces for events! To reserve a space, we do not require a refundable deposit. We just kindly ask that you clean up afterward or a $65 cleaning fee will apply.

Admin

No - we do ask that you provide a government issued ID to tour our community.

Appoints to tour can be made on our website 24-hours a day. We can accommodate in-person or vitual tours as well. We do accept walk-ins. We can't wait to show you around!

Our friendly on-site team is available 7 days a week to give you a tour! Our communities are fully accessible, but if there’s anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

Applications can be submitted online by following the 'Apply Now' link on our website, or in-person at our leasing office.

Application processing time can vary, but typically takes 24-72 hours.

Move-in costs vary, please contact our leasing office.

Rent payments can be made easily online through our resident app, or in person via check or money in our office. We do not accept cash.

At move-in, you will have full access to our resident app where you can make rent payments, setup autopay, and submit maintenance requests.

Our community requires proof of renter's insurance at move in.

Your electricity will need to be transferred into your name by contacting Tacoma Public Utilities (253) 502-8600.

We love to see our residents make their friends their neighbors! We do offer a referral bonus - please contact our leasing office for details.

We do not allow subletting of apartments. Please contact our leasing team in the event that you need to vacate your unit.

A termination fee equal to two months rent will be assesed.

Yes! Our convenient location is near several Sound Transit train lines as well as local bus lines.

The Henry is conveniently located on the waterfront near downtown Tacoma. Offering endless shopping, dining, museums, and activities - you'll never be without something to do!

Our rooftop dog park is great for play dates and midnight potty breaks. Several local dog parks are just a short commute away.

Shopping in downtown Tacoma offers a delightful mix of unique boutiques, vintage treasures, and local artisan goods, all set against the backdrop of the city's charming historic architecture.

Coming from Seattle, take Exit 133 for Schuster Parkway and turn right on Dock Street. Coming from Olympia, take Exit 132A and merge onto S 38th St. Turn left on Dock Street.
